Cloud365 operates high availability network connectivity across our facilities, featuring multiple carriers and peering circuits with automatic best path selection and failover. Our infrastructure will continue to operate even with multiple carrier failures.


In addition to robust public network infrastructure, our customers are connected to their own private network infrastructure at each datacentre location, facilitating private application access within a specific location or across multiple sites including datacentre and remote offices.

Customer applications and data can be replicated in real-time across our datacentre locations, enabling live and backup data to be used for staging / test or Disaster Recovery / failover scenarios.


All circuits include DDoS protection, monitored and managed by our Network Operations Teams in Melbourne and Dallas.

Our team provides ready-to-go business solutions including:

  • Backup Robots at each datacentre location backup customer applications and databases daily or even hourly. Data can also be replicated to other datacentre locations. We send confirmation reports and provide all customers with access to their backed up data for easy restoration at any time. All services include access to our Backup Robot platform.

  • Spamflare Self-Service Spam and Virus Filter (integrates with our Hosted Exchange service or with third party mail systems) for enterprise-grade email protection. Connect Spamflare to your existing email system or enjoy this service at no charge when you use our Hosted email platforms.

  • Peering services connect websites and applications directly to vendors and partners for private and public access. We peer with all major network service providers and many proxy services, allowing direct connectivity over high performance private networks, significantly reducing internet latency for customers and staff.

  • DDoS Protection services for websites, applications, databases and custom hosted systems. Complete protection and round-the-clock support from our team and expert network partners.

  • Hosted Microsoft Exchange with all the power and features of Microsoft Exchange for business (includes Enterprise-Grade Spam and Virus Protection and Business Basics website hosting for Businesses. This service includes administration, on-boarding for new staff and unlimited access to our Technical Support HelpDesk. You never have to worry about managing an email platform or spam headaches again!

  • Hosted PBX and Hosted Telephony, even if you don’t have a PBX or desk phone we can deliver business phone calls and messages via our Virtual PBX platform with IVR and Live Answering (all based in Australia).
